Our June, 2016 Medical Mission has concluded, and I am so proud of our team and what they accomplished!  From assisting Dew Drops in transporting its first six residents from Shanxi, to the echocardiograms, examinations, and surgical conferencing provided by Drs. Armsby and Fricker, and the presentation of their first ever surgical loupes to Drs. Wang and Xi (thank you, donors!), we were humbled to be of service.

In the upcoming days, we will post photos of the trip’s highlights but for now, I believe that these two photos speak volumes:  Lily, our Child Identification Coordinator and Dew Drops’ Director (some of you know her as the Medical Director of Little Flowers Projects and of the loving, steadfast care and committment she shows towards the little ones in her care) embracing two of our LHM volunteer Pediatric Cardiologists outside the ICU of BaYi Children’s Hospital at the end of the final day of our medical mission.

Dr. Armsby and Dr. Fricker, thank you for your time, talent, and care. We are honored to have as members of our organization.
